Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Codes

You may have a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher or a DishDrawer™ that is emitting a continuous beeping. Unfortunately, this indicates that a malfunction has occurred and your dishwasher has performed a self-diagnosis and is alerting you to a problem by continuously beeping and showing a fault code.

This error number will instruct your dishwasher technician on how to troubleshoot and repair the appliance.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A1 - The A1 error code indicates that there is no water supply to the Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. Check valve to ensure water supply to the dishwasher has been switched on.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A3 - The A3 error is common on Fisher & Paykel dish-drawers where the drainage hose becomes blocked over time or kinked. Check the connection at the to drainage pipe where it is connected to the trap spigot.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A6 - An A6 error code can occur on a Fisher & Paykel dish-drawer dishwasher due to a loose spray arm or a combination of low water pressure and excessive foaming. If there is excess foaming please ensure you only use the approved dishwasher tablets.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A7 - The A7 error means the auto recovery program has started as the dishwasher has detected excess foam in the drawer. Please check and ensure that you are using the right detergent also known as dishwasher tablets in Australia before running another wash program.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A09 - The A09 error on a Fisher & Paykel dish-drawer dishwasher means that the sanitize cycle hasn’t met the  temperature needed to sanitize the dishes. This error code only applies to DD*C Models. 

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A10 - The A10 error on a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher indicates an issue with water supply to the dishwasher, meaning the dishwasher is not receiving or not detecting any water entering the dishwasher. This can be caused by the water tap not being turned on, insufficient water supply pressure, water inlet hose is kinked or not connected correctly.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A20 - The A20 error that is found on Fisher & Paykel dishwashers is a fault with the drain or drainage as excessive water is remaining above the filter plate after the rinse cycle. You should check for potential kinks and blockages in the drain hose and the outlet connection.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code A60 - Water temperature error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code AD0 - Doorlock signal error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F2X - Motor fault.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F3X - Temperature fault. You may need to have a tempering valve installed on your water supply, to ensure that incoming water is less than 65C (149F).

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F4X - Heating element failed.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F5X - Fault with the internal lid of the dishwasher.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F6X - Component failure

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F7X - Fill valve fault

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F8X - Electronics fault-motor controller.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F9X - Electronics fault-wash controller.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code FCX - Electronics fault-communication between drawers.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F1 - Flood switch has been activated. Turn the water and power supply to the DishDrawer off and call your Authorised Service Centre or Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F2 - Motor problem.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F3 - Temperature sensor failed. Ensure water coming in through the inlet hose is less than 65 C. You may need to install a tempering valve on your water supply.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F4 - Faulty temperature sensor or element.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F5 - Lid fault. Turn power supply to DishDrawer® off, then turn on power supply. Fault may reset.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F6 - Lid fault. Turn power supply to DishDrawer® off, then turn on power supply. Fault may reset.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F7 - Lid fault.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F8 - Electrical problem.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F9 - Electronics malfunction.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F30 - Flood switch activated. Turn the dishwasher OFF and ON again. If fault persists, turn water off and disconnect the dishwasher from the power supply. Call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F40 - Electronics error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If the fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F50 - Electronics error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If the fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F90 - Data/electronics error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code FA0 - Electronics/power supply error. Switch dishwasher OFF and ON again. If fault persists call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code FC0 - Motor fault. Switch dishwasher OFF at the power supply. Wait a few moments and switch ON again. If the fault persists, turn water off and disconnect from the power supply. Call Customer Care.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code U1 - Fill fault. 1.Turn the DishDrawer water supply on. 2. Ensure the spray arm is placed on the impeller and can rotate about the centre. If the DishDrawer® is full of water, it will need to be emptied manually.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code U2 - The fault code U2 indicates that the dishwasher has picked up and issue with the way the dishwasher has been loaded. You should check and ensure that no items extend beyond the height of the drawer of the dishwasher.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code U6 - The spray arm has loosened or come off its mounting, or water pressure is too low.
