The Appliance Guys have a policy of offering the very best prices on all brand new appliance with an installation service every day direct to the public. We don’t have sales as we discount the recommended retail prices right down so you can be confident that you’re getting a great deal every time.

We don’t want our customers to have to choose between the best service and the best price which is why we will price beat every product with installation we sell against ANY retailer, we will beat any genuine offer with only one term and condition. We have to be able to purchase the identical in the box product at the time of your price beat request.

WHAT MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE COMPETITORS PRICE?

The competitors price must include all costs including the brand new appliance, delivery fee, basic appliance installation fee and old appliance removal fee. We look at the final combination price of the appliance, delivery and installation. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still beat the price, but may not beat the service.

How can I check if a product is in stock?

Your can contact us via our online chat or 1300 567 637 to check stock levels. Alternatively you can also fill out the "Check Stock Levels" form on the product page and we will email or text you back.

Will my appliance have a warranty?

Each manufacturer will supply a warranty which can vary depending on the brand and model. In most cases you'll receive a 2 year warranty covering all parts and labour, or in some instances, it can be extended to 2 or 5 years by the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these promotions – please check with one of our team. Please also note that warranties only cover domestic use; items for use in commercial properties might not be covered.

Will my appliance be installed by a professional?

Yes, our appliance installation team have been through the most intensive of training courses. Your safety is our priority, so we've made sure they know exactly what they're doing.

Can you price beat commercial prices for developers, builders and kitchen companies?

All orders are dispatched from The Appliance Guys local warehouse in each state.

Yes, when you are at checkout you can fill in the form with different delivery and billing addresses. This is very common for landlord that are purchasing an appliance for their rental property.
