    Please note you are purchasing a like-for-like appliance installation package where the appliance being replaced and the new appliance being installed are of the same type, with no change to the location, size, or increase in the energy supply to the unit.

    As part of the Standard Installation Scope of Works, the following items will be included in this installation:

    • Deliver the new appliance.

    • Check the area for existing damage.

    • Ensure the new appliance will fit correctly into the existing space.

    • Isolate electricity or gas supply to existing the appliance.

    • Test to ensure it is off.

    • Remove and disconnect the old appliance

    • Install and connect the new appliance.

    • Secure new appliance in place as per manufacturer specifications.

    • Restore electricity or gas supply to appliance.

    • Test all functions are working on the new appliance.

    • Install oven racking and grill racking.

    • Basic demo on how to use the appliance.

    • Remove all rubbish and clean work area

Will the installer adjust my cabinetry if the new oven doesn't fit in the existing cavity?

Yes, our team can adjust the kitchen joinery in most cases if the new oven cannot fit into the existing cavity. However, this is an additional charge as it is not included in the standard installation scope.

I have a gas oven and would like to change it to an electric oven. Will the installer complete both the required gas & electrical works?

Our team will remove the old gas oven, cap off the existing gas supply, and run the electrical circuit where required. However, this is an additional charge as it is not included in the standard installation scope. For the best result, we’d recommend you book a site check assessment.

My older oven had a rather large cavity. Is there anything that you can do to cover the gaps?

Our team can fabricate a stainless steel trim for any size oven to cover any holes and haps left over from older oven cut-outs.

Will the oven installer remove the old oven from the property and all the packaging?

Our team will remove the old cooktop for recycling along with all the packaging from the new cooktop.

Is the oven installation covered by any warranty?

All oven installation works are covered with a 12 month warranty.

How long will it take for the oven to be installed?

Requirements for each oven installation are different, your installer will be able to advise you on the day, however, as a guide an standard install will take 45-60 minutes.

What if there is any extra work required on the day?

Our oven installer will finalise the prices of any extra work for sign-off before the oven installation is commenced. We will take payment on the day. If you think your oven installation may not be a straightforward one, please contact us on 1300 567 637 to organise a quote.
